TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS OF SALE:
Full payment, including shipping and handling is required with your order. No work will proceed until payment is received. No refunds are given once your order has been confirmed and your files have been sent to press. No partial refunds for work not completed.

REFUND POLICY:
Design Services:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  No Refunds or Credits.

Printing:
If the order has not yet been approved by you for printing, you may cancel the order and receive a refund less a 10% cancellation fee (plus any applicable merchant fee's assessed due to the cancellation of your order).  However, since each printed order is unique to the customer and has no re-sale value, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on orders that have been approved for printing. If we verify that we made a manufacturing error during the printing process, we will reprint the order.  No Refunds or Credits.

Customer must notify GraPhix Extraordinaire within 2 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement the customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time when the delivery was received.  All new charges related to expediting printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NON REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason.

COMPLAINTS:
All complaints must be registered within 2 business days of receipt of your job. Should the job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we would rerun the job at no charge. We maintain the right to judge what constitutes a manufacturing error or defect. The full product order in question must be returned to us.

CHANGING FILES ONCE SENT TO PRESS:
Once a job has been approved for printing and has gone to the press, no changes are allowed to the artwork, job characteristics, or turnaround time. The sole remedy is to place a new order.  No Refunds or Credits will be given for previous order.

COLOR ISSUES:
Color issues can only be disputed with jobs that have a proof attached. Any customer that does not request a proof, or supply a reference, forfeits the right to precise color matching. We reserve the right to determine reasonable color variance.

PROOFS:
You are responsible for the accuracy of your layouts. Please proofread all layouts carefully. If your job is a postcard or self-mailer, you are responsible for being in compliance with current postal regulations. Check with your local USPS Post office.

The customer will indemnify and hold harmless the printer from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against the printer on grounds alleging that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person.  You certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced on your order.

FILE REQUIREMENTS (for Customer Supplied Files only):
See the File Guidelines section located in FAQs. We cannot process orders that do not meet the minimum requirements.

TURNAROUND TIMES:
Design services (turnaround time starts when payment has been received and verified, and all information in its entirety has been received):
• 2 business days: Business cards, postcards, flyers/sell sheets, door hangers, event tickets, magnets, stickers and rolodex cards
• 3 business days: Brochures, posters and banners
• 7 business days: Catalogs/Booklets

Print turnaround time starts when payment has been received and verified, plus either:
• In-house designed orders: Client has proofed samples, made any necessary changes and replied by email an approval to print.
or
• Customer-supplied orders: All elements have been received and your files are determined to be press ready.  Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job status will return to "Waiting for Files" and your turnaround time will be reset.

Orders placed after 3 pm PST are processed the next business day.  Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays do not count when calculating the turnaround time.

We assume no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.
