What are the FILE GUIDELINES?

FILE GUIDELINES:
To ensure the highest quality printing, it is important that you adhere to the accepted file formats and guidelines. Improperly produced files may be rejected causing a delay in you receiving your product. If you are not sure if you are preparing your files properly and need assistance please feel free to email a representative.

The following guidelines must be met for customer supplied files:
COLOR FORMAT: CMYK only (convert all RGB files to CMYK before submitting)
ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS: • JPEG - must be 300dpi resolution and CMYK color format. • TIFF - must be 300dpi resolution and CMYK color format. • EPS - must convert all text to outlines. • PSD - file must be flattened with no layers, 300dpi resolution and CMYK color. • PDF - click here for a copy of our output settings.

PREPARING YOUR FILE FOR SUBMISSION: Although we review each file, we are not responsible for proofing your work. By submitting an image file to us you certify that it is "ready for print" and will not require any additional changes. If your job is color critical you must request a color proof (Not included in prices). You should prepare two files (One for the back, one for the front).
 
 
How do I supply you with the information for my order?

Once you have completed the payment transaction - hit the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button and you will be redirected to our Information Submission and File Upload page.  If you miss this step...don't worry - just click on the "FILE UPLOAD" link on the menu bar.

 

What are the turnaround times?

Design services (turnaround time starts when payment has been received and verified, and all information in its entirety has been received):
• 2 business days: Business cards, postcards, flyers/sell sheets, door hangers, event tickets, magnets, stickers and rolodex cards
• 3 business days: Brochures, posters and banners
• 7 business days: Catalogs/Booklets

Print turnaround time starts when payment has been received and verified, plus either:
• In-house designed orders: Client has proofed samples, made any necessary changes and replied by email an approval to print.
or
• Customer-supplied orders: All elements have been received and your files are determined to be press ready.  Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job status will return to "Waiting for Files" and your turnaround time will be reset.

Orders placed after 3 pm PST are processed the next business day.  Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays do not count when calculating the turnaround time.

We assume no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.
